Next week I am doing an intimate Women’s Health Retreat, the first of many to come. If you want to immerse yourself in two days of learning how to improve your health, your vitality, your energy, and your immune system, consider joining us. We will have 5 hours of presentations on topics Eat Yourself Thin; Natural Tips and Tricks for Healing; Balancing Hormones; The Thyroid Connection; Planning and Prepping your Kitchen Farmacy; Healthy Baking and To Gluten or Not to Gluten, and How; Healing Foods.
We will have 3 meals and 4 snacks served during the lunch and learn segments, all homemade with 90% organic foods.
You will have free time to quilt (bring your own sewing machine), write, read, or do handwork of any kind.
